u900 soul software install

Hi everyone, I'm new here. Just picked up a u900 soul, my first samsung and I'm loving it so far except for 1 issue. I can't seem to know how to install software for the thing!

I've currently got a JAV and JAD file containing the chinese-english dictionary but cant seem to install it, is there any way to get it onto the phone fast and pain free? thanks for the advice

I have a Samsung U 900 soul and i can not see the photos after i make them with the camera of it. It can not upload them. Every time I try to see it says: uploading failed.
What seems to be the problem?How can i fix it?
