Samsung continues to give US people new mobile handsets.
Samsung has announced that it is bringing a new mobile phone to the US market, particularly U.S. Cellular, as it launch the Samsung Delve (SCH-R800). The Delve has tons of touchscreen design features, the Delve also features tactile feedback for Delve users to feel a vibrating pulse when choosing an item on the phones main menu. You can also change from normal mode to landscape mode quite quickly. This will create a virtual QWERTY keyboard which will appear whenever you decide to text and call. The Samsung Delve also has advanced responsive, multimedia capabilities and Samsungs latest mobile phone technology - the TouchWiz interface.
The TouchWiz interface will allow Samsung Delve users to create and personalize their phones, offer right balance of functionality and style, and drag and drop widgets for instant access to users favorite functions.
Samsung Delve users are looking at around $149.95 for this phone.

Re: Samsung Delve
I just got mine last night.
I like it...except for a few small issues:
1. mp3 player will not work without datacard.
2. phone does not come with datacard
3. phone does not support WiFi
4. display can not be toggled between portrait and landscape (or I just haven't figured out how to do it yet.)
I'm just starting to look for cool things like Pocket Express (not available for delve) to make it easier to get sports updates and weather reports, etc.
I see there are not many posts on this forum yet about the delve...hoping to see some other users show up soon with some helpful tips.

Re: Samsung Delve
Just got mine through Alltel today and I found out I cant connect it to PC studio. I am also looking for a way to apply my legally owned mp3 files as ringtones. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Samsung Delve
Can someone tell me how the battery life is on the delve and does it have a 3.5mm headphone jack?

Re: Samsung Delve
Got my Delve a few days ago. Still learning how to use it. Been told by alltel that you can't download ringtones or put ringtones on data card. What is a usb dongle? I can move files from compute to memory card but have not figured out how to get ringtones.

Re: Samsung Delve
Need help setting up email in the Delve. I'm helping out a customer of ours who just bought it and they're trying to set up our email settings in it.
What I need to know is how to make changes to the settings of the email accounts without deleting the account and starting all over, this is very frustrating. And since I can't see the screen, I can't help him from my end.
Any thoughts people? Screen shots would be amazing, but step by step instructions would be wicked sweet as well.

Re: Samsung Delve
I have tried that and it will not let me set the ringtone for any specific caller or group of callers.
I'm running a mac with built in bluetooth and the delve of course.
Is there something that I am just not getting?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Samsung Delve
One thing I don't like about it are with the digital came while in 2.0 megapixel mode you cannot zoom in but if you're in any other mode you can.

Re: Samsung Delve
How come the Delve is the only touchwiz phone without an accelerometer?
