Omnia wifi Skype

I have searched and not found anything concerning the use of the wifi feature with Skype. Is this possible?

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use skype (Skype 2.5 for Windows Mobile®) assuming you have a wifi connection. Make sure you install it to the phone and not the sd card.

Your Samsung Omnia runs on Windows Mobile 6.1.

I found the right version that should be compatible with your phone and it should also be compatible with other WinMo 6.1 like the HTC Touch Pro and Sony Ericsson Xperia

I have bought the Samsung Omnia and it is quite a phone.
I loaded Skype Mobile on it and have used it with WiFi.

This is a most impressive phone!

i cant sign in, it shows 'unable to connect to Skype network. Please check your network connection', but internet everything works fine.
ANyONE pls help...

Ya, i can use the IE fine but not the skype.
I have no GPRS, i only using home Wi-fi connection.
