My teenaged daughter has changed the password on my phone and now tells me she can't remember what she changed it to. It is locked and I can't get in to use MY PHONE.....Can someone please help? I have tried the 0000 and the last 4 digits of my phone number etc... I will call Telus for help next, but thought I could get a reply and not have to wait on hold for about an hour.
