Samsung Two-Step r470 ringtones

I'm trying to put a custom mp3 from my computer to my Samsung Two-Step r470, but nothing is working.

I've tried all of the MP3 online uploaders, and they don't work either. I can get them to my phone through the micro-chip, but they are put in my music library, and it seems impossible to them over to my ringtone/my sounds folders. What can I do? It seems like there is no info out there on this specific phone, lol, Does my phone suck or something, cuz nobody else seems to have one

I'm guessing they have some sort of lock so you have to buy your ringtones from them? IF so thats pretty ridiculous, considering its an mp3 phone. There must be some way around this..?
