I am with Verizon. I have taken the phone in twice now. The 1st time they gave me a new one in exchange (same phone). The second time they did a software upgrade. The phone seems to have poor reception, or Verizon may have poor reception. I can't tell if it's the phone or the service in my area. Since Verizon is supposed to be very good (their advertizing) I suspect the phone is inferior. Any advise?
