I have been using a Samsung SCH-A650 with Verizon for years. I am on my third phone of that model; I just like the phone, so I buy replacements on eBay. In the past, Verizon has upgraded the software on my phone upon request, but today they told me that they no longer have that capability. I guess this is an older phone, so no longer supported. But there is one feature that will not work without a software/firmware update.

Any ideas on who could do a software/firmware update? I don't really want to mess with it myself, would rather pay somebody to do it.
