I bought the Samsung Red Rant last year for Christmas. A few months ago my dad blocked data on my phone. I have unlimited messaging which included picture mail, now I can't send OR recieve pictures.

And also, how do I get ringtones on my phone now? Everytime I try to bluetooth one to myself or download it from Myxer using the USB, it doesn't show up in the ringers section.
How do I fix these things?

Please help.
