Hi everyone, I'm a new user and just want to say HI first.

I have modified my home screen to almost where I want it. My issue is the Icon Bar at the top of the home screen. I wish to set the order of the icons and lock it down instead of having the order change or a new icon added when I use start menu. I have spent a lot of time looking for a way and have yet to find that anywhere.

Has anyone done this and, if so, how did you do it?
