Samsung m530 - Briding Internet With Laptop via USB

My Samsung m530 comes with a USB connection which I can plug into my laptop and it appears and works as a modem on my laptop.

I was wondering, since I have unlimited internet with Bell on my cell phone plan, is there a way to bridge that connection via Bell on my cell phone over USB to my laptop so that I can browse the web with my cell phones connection with my laptop?

If there is a way, this would be really cool. I do not care how slow it would be, just the fact I can do it would make using the web while on the road way easier.
