samsung impression cd wont work

my smasung impression cd wont work when i put it into my computer, the reader shows up but its only a picture, then it says i lack nps or something like that.
any helpp?

its weird that the CD wont work, but you can download what it has (the drivers and PC studio) at http://org.downloadcenter.samsung.com/do…

if that still doesn't work, you can put files on your phone via bluetooth. however, this takes a while

if you have a MicroSD card, just pit your phone into Mass Storage mode when you plug it into your computer. then you can just drag files into it.
