Hi!
The phone boots to startup screen, the progress indicator goes to 100% then the phone alternately turns on and off, while always coming right back to the starup screen. I tried taking the batt out, pushing 9, holding down power button, all to no avail. Is there a way to get inside the phone case and do a hard reset on the phone?
