Please help me to remove Helo window/popup

Hi,

I have samsung Galaxy 5 mobile, every 5 minutes a message window with title "Helo with a OK button pops up. Not sure what this is and please help me to remove this from the mobile.

I am also facing the same problem, even am using samsung galaxy 551
somebody help us to remove this popup. Whether this is because of any setting any application or phone setting or any virus.

I am also facing the same issue in my mobile from yesterday :-(. I am using samsung Galaxy 3 (GT-I5801) no idea about this issue. can anyone help us to resolve this issue.

I am getting an alert notification every 2 mins "Helo" with ok button what is this and it is coming now only - Google Mobile Help

I called Airtel costumer care and I asked about this issue. They have given assurance to resolve this issue by 4pm.

Thanks all, after deactivating GPRS package (Airtel), I am not receiving this message. Moment I enable GPRS irritating pop up message is coming.

Hi,

The Helo popup has stopped but all my splines (Xperia X10) have stopped to update. Also the facebook app is not updating

Any one facing the same?
