"Camera Failure" When enter in Camera Mode

I purchased Samsung superb GT-S5560 in last year.
I am happy with this phone.
But now I am getting "Camera Failure" error on my phone whenever I enter in Camera Mode.

Even I am not able to use/touch the camera/camcorder of this phone.
Also not able to use other scene mode, settings of Camera.

I restarted the phone and also emptied a good amount of memory from internal memory and Memory card. Whenever I enter in camera mode, It display a icon such as !0 with phone/memory icon.

Please suggest solution for this problem.
