Should I Buy the Samsung Epix?

I used to have the Samsung BlackJack, up until last February. I used it for 2 years, and before that my sibling abused it for awhile, so I wasn't surprised when it crashed and burned. I loved the BJ, everything about it, but I wished that it had Wifi, and the spinny wheel was skipping out on me the last few months.

So, since I was in love with the BJ, would I like the Epix? It seems to be the touch-screen & Wifi version of the BJ, with a similiar design. I love the Windows interface too. I am fed up with the HTC Freestyle that I've had for the past 14 months!!!

One last question...if I buy an "unlocked" Epix off of eBay, can I pop my SIM card in and use it? I have AT&T with no data plan.
