Problema com Corby II

Olá a todos.Desde uns tempos atrás, meu celular Corby II GT-S3850 parou de receber e compor tanto mensagens quanto chamadas. Quando tento ligar por outro celular, aparece "Não Respondendo". Quando tento ligar dele, aparece "Nenhuma rede disponível. Somente chamadas de emergência".Não é chip de o, pois já coloquei o meu da Oi e o meu da TIM sem aparelho. De fato, o problema está sem celular. Não sei se ele está com um problema de configuração (sim, já tentei resetar, já tentei voltar às configurações de fábrica), se o problema é em ler o chip, mas gostaria da opinião - solução e, se possível - de vocês.Agradeço antecedentemente àqueles tentatem me ajudar.



Hello everybody. Since some times ago, my cell phone Corby II GT-S3850 stopped to receive and to do calls. When I try to call of another cell, it appears "No answer". When I try to call of it, it appears "No network available. Only emergency calls". The problem is in the cell. I don't know if it is a configuration problem (yes, I have tried to reset and to come at factory configurations), if it is in reading the chip (I also have tried to change the chip), but I would like your opinion.
