A while ago I wrote about problems that the korean company Samsung has with its extremely flawed release of Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Now I return to this topic, since it's possible that Samsung's problems are far from over... users of Galaxy Note 7 can, and should, return their phones and, in return, receive either Samsung Galayy J as a temporary replacement or, after paying the difference in cost, Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge. Unfortunately, one Daniel Ramirez, owner of Galaxy S7 Edge, has recently sued Samsung. Why? Remirez's phone, which he kept in his pocket, exploded, causing 2nd and 3rd degree burns. Ramirez has to be subjected to a painful skin transplantation procedure, hence why it's no wonder he is suing. Ramirez's incident may have been just that, a singular incident. One cannot deny, though, that it undermines the already shaken reputation of Samsung.
