How can I text message from my cell phone Cricket to an email address? and IM from my computer to a cricket phone..

#2... It looks to me as though "Cricket" is a service plan and not a make of phone at all?? So figure out what plan you bought into... and if you BOUGHT the ability to text message and email/IM (not every service or phone can do that). If you did, may I suggest you call the place where you bought it to get stuff set-up? Or at very least... figure out the make/model of the phone is and post your questions in the appropriate forum.
