Unlocking code for a T616??

I have a T616 that was sold to me on ebay that said it was for AT&T or Cingular. The phone is not for Cingular just AT&T and now I need to know if it can me unlocked so I can use it. If you know about unlocking this phone please let me know. I just want to use my phone. Thank you.
