help copying contacts to sim w810i

I'll make this quick. my LCD is done for and I need to copy my contacts to the sim card. I can find directions to do so, however I cannot see anything on the LCD whatsoever... therefore I need to find step by step instructions for doing this -blind-. If anyone can help, I would be most appreciative. Thanks -- Jay

Okay..I'll help you. Start from the main screen, press menu (top right or middle button). You should currently be highlighting Messaging, press down once, and you will be at contacts. Press contacts and then press top right (which is options. Then press down 5 times, and press. That would bring you to advanced. Press down 7 times, and press. Then just press again because that is Copy all.

I greatly appreciate you extending a hand to help me, however, I still cant get it to copy the contacts.

Im wondering if I am not allowing the phone enopugh time to copy before powering off and switching the sim. Or perhaps I must confirm the copy with one more sequence. I have tried giving it a couple of minutes to copy and I have tried pressing the center button once and twice after the sequence you gave me, still I am not able to copy the contacts. If you have any further suggestions, please let me know. Thanks again --Jay

Pardon me, I left out one step. I forgot that you had to confirm, simply press the top left button and it should be complete.

Thank you very much for your efforts, yet it still seems I cannot copy all of my contacts. Perhaps it is simply operator error. Thank you though, once again, for helping me out.
