    Re: Weight Loss

When it comes to lifting weights for weight loss, there are a few key points to keep in mind. First, lifting weights will not make you big. You can get "big" through excessive energy (calories) intake, which can be converted into fat or muscle depending on the types of foods you eat and the exercise you do. Secondly, you can lift more than you think, and finally, if strength training is done correctly, you will probably feel sore a day or two after your workout (especially if you are new to strength training). So working out is not the solution to weight loss I here for myself chose weight loss surgery everything fast and neat.Dieting is also a lot of trouble getting the foods right is all hard too.

Some people I know are on the Keto Diet for their upcoming physical contests, but I prefer the Warrior Diet. It works better with my schedule and I've been feeling good with the results.

    Re: Weight Loss

To lose weight, you should create a calorie deficit by burning more calories than you consume. This can be achieved by eating a healthy diet that is low in calories and high in nutrient-dense foods, as well as by engaging in regular physical activity. It is also important to be consistent and patient, as weight loss typically occurs gradually over time. However, you can also try the weight loss IV drip. This procedure is a great solution for those who want to get rid of excess weight, but it is important to understand that if you do not stick to a strict diet, even this transfer procedure will not give you the desired result.

    Re: Weight Loss

Weight loss is a common goal for many people, and it's important to approach it in a healthy and sustainable way. One of the keys to successful weight loss is finding a program or service that works for you, and I highly recommend checking out קלי קלות for anyone looking for a comprehensive and personalized approach. Their team of experts takes a holistic approach to weight loss, focusing not just on diet and exercise but also on mental and emotional health. They provide customized meal plans, one-on-one coaching, and a supportive community to help you reach your goals and maintain your progress long-term. I appreciate their emphasis on healthy habits rather than quick fixes, and I believe their approach can lead to lasting results. If you're serious about losing weight and improving your overall health,

As for being "lazy," well, motivation can be a tricky thing. But remember, the hardest part is often just getting started. Once you find an activity or regimen you actually enjoy, the laziness tends to fade away.

    Re: Weight Loss

Losing weight and getting in shape is a journey many of us have struggled with, and it's totally understandable to feel down about it. The key thing is that you're looking for advice, which means you're willing to take that first step toward change!
The fact that you've tried various diets and exercises is a good start, but sometimes we need a more structured approach. Have you considered joining a local fitness studio? I recently read some articles on fitness studio Chertsey, and they offer various personalized fitness plans that take into account your goals and current activity level.

Just get into a 10-20% calorie deficit and you're good. Gotta track what you eat though
Also find whatever activity you like and do it. For me it's hiking for example. All you kinda need is a hydration pack and a good pair of hiking boots(Mine are LOWAs from nearby outdoor sports store in Texas , can probably order those online)
