    I would have to disagree with you on this one. You have your opinion and I have mine. There are some bad agents out there working not just for sprint but for other carriers as well. Another underlying problem is consumer responsibility and knowing what the contract states outright from beginning to end ( yes I have read the entire terms and conditions). For the most part all carriers are about the same generally speaking. Of, course sprint was pretty bad for a long time, but over the course of a couple years have dramatically improved its service across the board. Understood that the service is not 100% but has come along way. I have had my own issues with sprint mainly billing but nothing too drastic. I have had great experiences with sprint, even got a free curve.

    Well, Sprint is fine if you know how to play your cards right. I mean, I pay $27 a month for 500min/unlim data/text, free HTC Touch Pro, free roaming on the Verizon if necessary, no drop calls. In short, it just depend on the user's situation and location.

    I understand that Sprintsucks thinks that I work for Sprint, or have been with them for a long time. The fact of the matter, I left them with at least 1 year on a 2 year contract due to financial issues about 3 years ago. I only had them for that 1 year, and my Fiance has had them for about 6 months now. I don't consider that a long time, nor have I ever worked for a phone company, or sold phones for a company what so ever.

    If someone doesn't like my opinion, don't like it, voice your opinion towards me, PM me, post it here, or keep it but dont leave me negative feedback because I have an opinion that you don't like or agree with!

    I agree with the above.

    I've had sprint for a while and I have not had the issues most people complain about. I've had to call sprint a few times and to me, it seems they try very hard to make me a satisfied customer. I don't know, maybe it's because I am more realistic in my expectations since I've done customer support before.

    Also, I think that each person you come across is different. The guy selling you the phone might be trying to line his pockets/close the sale. I've had excellent service where I am at.

    In terms of technology and coverage, they are pretty good and many articles support that claim. They have a better reputation in the industry and are number one for businesses. However, I think their weak customer service is something that leaves much to be desired.

    believe it or not.......
    its been over 3 months i've been trying to upgrade my phone but the customer service is so bad that........ every day it can do nothing but irritate me........
    + sometimes even if i don't do abything my bill comes up to 200 dollars ... because they don't take the info. correctly!!!

    I don't know. I have been a sprint customer since 2000 and I have never had a problem with them. My phone bills are reasonable and i like their selection of phones. The only negative for me is calling customer service. I am usually transferred to at least 3 different representatives before my issue is handled.

    I think alot of people complain about sprint because they can. I think we can all admit there is no perfect wireless provider out there. If there was, we'd probably all be on it.

    customer service...yea, it's that bad. I don't think i've ever called sprint in the past 7 years where i managed to get off the phone in less then 1/2 hour to solve an issue. Most of the time i have to call twice to get the same issue resolved.

    The Phones that sprint has to offer are not the latest and greatest. also, cdma kinda sucks because there's no sim card, so changing phones out is a regular PIA. They are just as expensive as any other wireless provider. If you travel outside metro area's alot, your probably going to roam, but that's with any provider.

    I'm still with Sprint because the service in chicago and most metro area's is dead on reliable, and I've got 3 phones with 1000 minutes for about $120/mo(w/tax). Last time i checked Cingular iphone user's pay $100/mo per phone.

    I too agree with the above comment. I myself have had extensive experience in all aspects of this conversation and I DO KNOW good customer service when I see it. Sprint for the most part will assist you when you do have a legitimate issue. I believe bullcrap can be seen coming sooner than you think. If I ever got the feeling that I was getting scammed by a customer, most of the time I was right. Most customers do not realize that there is a complete history of all calls made to customer services, even the times when they say they got disconnected from customer service when they actually hung up on them. It just boils down to everyone always trying to get something for free without paying for it.

    Not my experience. I usually get through much more quickly than my daughter's Verizon plan. My cost is lower, my coverage actually better. But that's the world I live in. We all go different places. Don't ask their experience. Ask what their reception is where you will be going. May make a different response. Where I work, I'm the only one that gets reception in the basement. I'm the only Sprint customer. My daughter's home is in a valley and reception there is spotty, but no real issues.

    Yep, Sprint's customer service is notorious for being bad. Yet again, there are some great representatives at Sprint who are willing to help. They seem to improving overall. The customer service is very efficient and helpful by e-mail and in chat. The phone customer service is either hit or miss. Many people end calling retentions instead.
