    I know they don't offer it state side, at least not in my area(Mid-Atlantic States). But could I buy a Sony Ericsson on eBay and still use it on T-Mobile's network?

    yes, but sony ericsson phones have terrible reception stateside, which is why they never made it here, but if you still want it it can work on t-mobiles network as long as the phone is unlocked

    I have had a Sony Ericsson P900 on the T-Mobile network for 3 months now. I have had excellent reception all along the east cost ( Boston to Florida), Texas, California and bermuda. Good luck!
