Login to your account as you regularly would through T-Mobile.com and then AFTER you login, type in my.t-mobile.com in the browser address bar and hit go.. It should work

did you read what i said? its a better site im sure more is to come of it. also there will be some new stuff but i cant put that out yet till i know forsure.
