To clarify that, are you To Go customer?, If yes unfortunately, and there isn't any monthly plan for any data. Its automatically deduct every .10 cent/text, .25 cent/pic, and starting at 1.49+ for ringtones-wallpapers from ur available funds. If its postpaid acct, you're able to go into your T-Zones right on your phone to subscribe T-MobileWeb for 5.99, and Any Message starting at 4.99. As for T-MobileWeb they are unlimited at 1 price.
PS
Incoming text/pic are always FREE[email protected]

No you can't, only if you had a Post-Pay account, which means you are under contract with a monthly rate plan.

incoming texts and pics are only free on pre-pay
When you have a post-pay account, you can still send/receive text and picture messages. Each text message costs 5 cents and each picture message costs 25 cents, incoming ones are charged as well. The 400 msgs for $5 is cool cuz it allows you to send/receive any kind of message (txt, pic, or vid).
The T-Zones is free to use, you'll only get charged for actually downloading something (wallpapers, ringtones, games, etc). However, if you want to do more than just look at the available ringtones, games, and wallpapers...then you must pay $5.99 per month. Unlimited T-Zones will give you access to news, movie times, weather, sports scores, and also give you the ability to look up phone numbers for businesses and let you place the call directly from the website.
