help setting up my MMS server stuff for my new phone

hey so i bought my slvr l7 unlocked from the rogers phone network, so the MMS settings/server isnt set up to work for t-mobile, and t-mobile is being lame about it because i didnt buy it from them....
so could someone tell me the following information for the T-mobile network regarding Picture messaging (MMS)

if you go to your Web Settings, you should be able to highlight yours and click edit or view and then just read out what i asked for
