Recently my bills have been coming up with random text/picture messages, ringtones, wallpapers. I did not request any of these services and I keep my phone on me at all times. I suspect either that tmobile is trying to milk money out of me or someone is accessing my account or something...
I dont want to move to cingular cause their "internet" plan costs a whopping 39.99. Tzones is still the cheapest "internet" at 4.99.
What should I do? I imagine these charges will be going up and up without any way for me to stop them.

well, you dont have to be rude about it. Sometimes when you go online and sign up for stuff on the t-mobile website they have promotions and attach features that if you do not manually take em off they will be added to your account. This happened to me when i had verizon. So every time i get online and sign up for like a promotion or something i make sure i am not getting anything else other than what i want.

its not about being rude about it and im am sorry that it came off like that...its just so irritating when people act like tmobile just place charges on there for fun... they dont make money off pissing people off. we make money buy they savings we give, or the service we provide. they only charge you for what you use.....its a not rocket science..

well, it is true. T-mobile in my opinion does offer great service and outstanding customer service to its customers so it doesnt make sense they would charge you for stuff you didnt use. But some people are new and dont understand that.
