I am planning to move from Sprint to T-mobile for the new Blackberry Pearl 8120. I was just at a store in SF and they wouldn't negotiate the phone price ($149 after rebate) or the plan price ($29.99 for 300 min plus $9.99 unlimited email). They offered to wave the $35 activation fee. Has anyone had success negotiating for better prices or for anything else?
