Only downside is it's a Liechtenstein (sorry for *****ing) number, so
costs a bit if people call you.

The 0044 user info, supplied with the SIM, says:
"For call rates and tariffs always refer to the rates calculator on at (sic)
www.0044.co.uk as these reflect the rates you will be charged. Rates on the
SIMazing web site do not apply."

There are several resellers of the underlying SIM
There is no reason whatsoever to assume that one company's tariff
policy applies to a totally unconnected other company

This site is going to be updated shortly to reflect the rates as per
SIMazing.

These 2 are the same and interconnected. Repeat 0044 rates are going to be
replaced by SIMmazing Rates. Your can conirm this by checking with 0044
directly, and prove me wrong.

Which one. None of the 0871 or 0870 dial through numbers I've tried
work, even ones which claim to.

You are, I'm sorry to say, quite correct. There has been a large increase in
prices - trebled in some cases - applied retrospectively from 2 April.
I complained to 0044 and they were decent enough to give me a full refund
for the SIM. At least to some extent, it appears that they have been victims
of other companies' flawed business models.
