Is it me or does this not only suck but actually lead to incorrect mapping
and even loss of data between Outlook and the phone?
I've now reverted to transferring new numbers via the phonebook one by one
rather than using the sync function in phone tools because things keep going
missing or worse details are mixed up.
It could be me but I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this and
whether there is a better alternative.
TIA for responses

Yes - it messed up the transfer of several of my contacts, and even worse
actually messed up some of the original contacts within Outlook ! Have a
close look at yours, SEVERAL of my contacts had one or two digits removed
from the postcode in the address field. I find this extremely poor !

What I keep finding is that random address data is moved around as well as
phone number being populated into unused fields. This is just total crap. I
think I may even go back to a WM5 smartphone. Yes, it sucked, but it did not
rearrange my data.
