Hi,
I would appreciate some help if possible.
I am trying to use my MDA Pro as a USB Modem but I am unable to connect. I
get as far as "Registering your computer on the network" but I get "Remote
Access error 720".
I have tried leaving the username and password blank, tried User and Pass,
etc but nothing works.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks!

From the webpage on Web n Walk:
*Minimum term contact and credit check applies. Compatible handset
required. Fair use policy applies: Relax + web 'n' walk and Flext + web
'n' walk price plans provide unlimited internet browsing on mobile
handsets in the UK. To ensure a high quality of service for all our
customers, *they are not to be used for* other activities such as (but
not limited to): *modem access for computers*, internet based
video/audio streaming services, peer to peer file sharing, internet
based video download and internet based telephony. If such use is
detected, notice may be given, after which network protection controls
may be applied which will result in a reduced speed of transmission. [My

Has it worked in the past and suddenly stopped? If so, seems like you've
fallen foul of that rule. If it's never worked, I wonder if they have
some way of telling instantly that you're using it as a computer modem
and so block the access.

Thank you for your advice! No, this was the 1st time I tried.
I ended up calling T-Mobile and asking about Web n Walk Pro. They only
seemed to know about the normal version and the version that comes with a
datacard. When I asked about using the MPA Pro as a modem, they said I can
do that with my tarriff! So I was put through to technical support and they
talked me through the setup. The problem was an incorrect initialisation
string!
Thanks for your help!
