I bought a phone ebay, worked ok few weeks, then no access with any sim
card
I suspect the seller, with whom I had problems, has reported phone lost
/ stolen, and had it imei blocked.
I don't know which network it was on before.
Is there a number or website where I can check whether the phone has
been reported lost / stolen, and get it un blocked
TIA

Wont help, but I have bought 2 phones off Ebay. Each time I went to see
the phones at the sellers address. At least then you have a chance of
redress.

You won't get it unblocked as you are not the registered owner. Report
the seller, get your money back and you could also report this fact to
the network which the seller is on.
