Just wanted to share this with anyone else having probs with their N80
If you want to join onto a WEP encrypted network, you MUST manually
tell the phone what your DNS server's IP address is.
You might be getting messages about "no gateway" or "no access point
found" or
similar, as I was - this should cure it;
To do this;
go to menu - tools - settings - connection - access point - your access
point - options - advanced - ipv4 settings - dns address.
in here enter the ip address of your router or DNS server.
Spent many hours trying to get my handset working on the home LAN and
am sure many others are having the same problem - hope this helps
Regards
Spike

Sorry, but that's tosh. I haven't done that with mine and after entering
in the WEP key it worked first time.

Seconded. Apart from my WEP Key. Later realised I had to enter in Hex mode.
