3 phones availability

Is there any place with availability of Three phones - online or
otherwise?

I'm looking for either the ZTE on ThreePay or the LG U890 (blue) on
ThreePay or a decent contract (really as cheap as possible with not
that many voice and texts bundled). However, it seems no one has them
in stock.

Is there a shortage of phones at Three?
