I repled to them yesterday saying that I did not appreciate the reply
I got that did not address the issues and this morning I got another
reply simply repeating the message they sent the previous time .
Now they are taking the piss

Not in the proper sense of the term .It's more likely that one of the
automatons that work there has prseed a button to send that reply or
just copied and pasted the message .
To rub salt in the wound the foot of the message says that if you have
any other query to e-mail [email protected] which is where I
sent my message anyway .
I was also looking at taking a Small Claims Court action but I see the
Scottish version which I presume I need to use isn't as user friendly
as the English SCC version onlne
