Was, but is fine now. I've got almost the whole family on 3 now -
the only one with coverage issues now is my wife on Vodafone!

Its actually PAC number, but when I asked Voda for one they told me there
was a £20 admin fee to get that number for me.

I would never use Voda again.

I never got charged either when I switched from Voda to 2 or from 3 back to
Voda.
