    My phone is from a local company in Puerto Rico and the have a banner in the middle of the screen that says TurboNet. Has anyone been able to tamper with whatever goes into the LCD. Even if I put a new wallpaper it will always be on top. It is very annoying.

    go to menu -> setting -> display -> my banner -> edit -> then put in whatever you want

    Would that be the Puerto Rico phone company AKA VerizonWireless Puerto Rico

    AFAIK, the menus vary from company to company - my SE47 doesn't have menus like this.
