My teenager is wanting to buy a Kyocera slider se47 off of ebay. Our current provider is verizon. I see several that are with other providers much cheaper. Can this be changed to Verizon?
There is one on there dirt cheap that is with verizon but says it is user password locked. Can this be unlocked???

yes it is possible to switch carriers just use a program that gives you your phones SPC and then get some unlocking software then take it to a cellular company that uses CDMA (verizon, virgin, sprint, alltel, etc) NOT GSM because the se 47 is a cdma phone. hope this helped
