kx440 help!!

I'm having problems with my kyrocera kx440 and its sounds. I can't hear my key tones eventhough i have the key tone volume set to max. I don't hear a tone for any of the buttons when pressed even when it is on speakerphone. I also can't hear the ringing when i call someone using my phone. The only time i can hear the ringing is when i put it on speakerphone. All I hear is silence so I don't know when the call is actually answered. Is it just some messed up phone settings or a malfunction. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You

I think its your speaker, go get it checked with your service provider's staff somewhere.
