I have two kyocera marbl phones and virgin mobile is making them infinite reboot loop, they refuse to admit that they are trying to force a new phone on me. started happening 2-9-2012 when I did my monthly top-up, I thought my phone was broke so I took out my spare phone and tested all functions, then I had it activated and after first boot it went into continuous start-shut down-start loop. but the old phone now works fine that the number was deactivated.
