Selecting Text on a Web Page

Found something interesting on a webpage and you want to share it with your friends? Then all you have to do is:
1. Go to the area of the page where the text you want to select is.
2. Then tap and hold the text you wish to copy. Two tabs will appear, drag them to reduce or expand the range of your text. The selected text is highlighted.
3. If you want to select all the text from the webpage, tap SELECT ALL.
4. Then tap the Menu icon and select one of the following options:
Copy – if you’d like to copy the selected text.
Share – if you’d like to share the text to your friends. You can share it via Gmail, Bluetooth, messaging, etc.
Find – your smartphone will search for the selected text on the webpage.
Web Search – search the text on the Internet.

Adjust Browser Settings

1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
2. Then select Browser and press the Menu key -> select Settings -> tap General.
3. The choose one of the following settings:
Set homepage -> the current webpage will be set as the home page.
Form auto-fill -> this setting will fill out web forms with a single tap.
Auto-fill text -> this setting will set up text to auto-fill in web forms.

Adjust Browser Bandwidth Management Settings

1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
2. Then select Browser -> press the Menu key -> tap Settings -> select Bandwidth management.
3. Then choose one of the following bandwidth management settings:
Search result preloading – if you enable this setting, then your browser will be able to preload high confidence search results in the background.
Load images – enable this settling if you want to images to be displayed on the webpages.

Create Website Settings

This tool is useful if you want to create different settings for particular websites.
1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
2. Then select Browser -> press the Menu key and tap Settings -> tap Advanced -> select Website settings.
3. Then select the website where you want to create settings.
4. Then select the desired settings. You can, for example, select to Clear location access.

Reset Your Browser to Default

1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
2. Then select Browser -> press the Menu key -> tap Settings -> tap Advanced -> select Restore to Default.
3. Tap OK and the process with be complete.

Read a Webpage Offline

You can save a webpage for offline reading:
1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
2. Then select Browser -> press the Menu key -> select Save for offline reading. The webpage will then be saved in the SAVED PAGEStab of your bookmakrs.

To view your saved pages:
3. From the Home screen tap Apps.
4. Then tap Browser -> press the Menu key -> select Bookmarks.
5. Tap the SAVED PAGES tab -> select the webpage that you wish to read.
6. In case you’d like to view this particular page online, then press the Menu key and select Go live.

Creating a Bookmark

1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
2. Then tap Browser and go to the webpage you’d like to bookmark.
3. Press the Menu key and tap Save to bookmark.
4. Enter a name for the new bookmark and select the account where you’d like to add it to.
5. Select a saving location for the bookmark and tap OK.
