Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:
- Connect the Kyocera phone to your PC via USB
- On the home screen, drag the “notification” bar down and make sure “Media device (MTP)” is enabled
- Open the File Explorer on the PC
- Use the Explorer to locate the desired audio files on your computer
- Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Notification” / “Ringtones” folder
- After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage from the system tray
- Safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
Change the Phone’s General Ringtone:
- Open the “Settings” menu
- Scroll to and tap “Sound & Notification”
- Tap “Phone ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones can’t be assigned to contacts located on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM card.
- Launch “Contacts”
- Select the desired contact
- Tap “Edit” > “Incoming settings”
- Tap “Ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
- Tap “Save”
Change the Notification Sound:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Sound & notification”
- Tap “Default notification ringtone” and select a notification sound
- Tap “Back” to save the changes
