Block Incoming Calls from an Existing Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Contacts”
- Select the desired contact
- Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu”
- Clear the check boxes next to “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages in Google Messenger:
- Open Google “Messenger”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]”
- Press “OK” to confirm
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google “Messenger”
- Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
- Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
- Press “Menu”
- Access “Unarchive” and tap “Menu” again
- Go to “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it is unsupported by your carrier)
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select an existing contact
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Turn Conditional Call Forwarding On:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Access “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When busy” or “When unanswered”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap an existing contact
- Tap “Update” / “Enable”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- If needed, select the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap “Disable”
