Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
- On the phone, enable “Media File” when prompted or from the notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy and paste the files to the phone storage in the “Ringtones” and/or “Notifications” directories
- After the transfer ends, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open “Settings”
- Go to “Sound”
- Tap “Phone ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones can’t be set for contacts located on the SIM card or the device’s internal memory.
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap “Save”
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Open “Settings”
- Access “Sound” > “Default notification sound”
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open “Messages”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Access “Wireless alerts”
- Enable or disable “Allow alerts” “AMBER alerts” “Extreme threats” and “Severe threats”
