Hey guys just a quick question, i got the LG 5300 today, nice phone, but i have a question to anyone else that has it.
Once you have downloaded ring tones into the "my folder" section, and you click on one and say "set to ringtone", thats fine...but i can only seem to store one custom ringtone in the proper ringtone selection list. When i click on another ringtone and say "set as ringtone", it overwrites my other custom one in the list of the LG defaults. All i want to do is have about 5 downloaded ringtones stored in there for my caller group identification rings.
Also if anyone knows how to add custom animations and logos to caller groups as well that would be great.
    Cheers
    Richard.

hey rick, i got an LG 5300 and its a mad phone. You can only have one custom ringtone at a time in your defaults because all the others are DEFAULT, all others are in your my downloaded ringtones folder.

I have the same phone, but there is really limited "customisation" i was wondering if there were any programs around to add/remove things for the G5300. Games even?

Due to the games not being Java, i doubt it. The program i use to customise the phone is the one that came with is the "lg contents bank" cd.
The only things i can do with that though are the "downloaded pictures" and "downloaded ringtones" in the "myfolder" section.

I notice there is a "downloaded animations" section in there too...anyone know where to get them from?

It is annoying to only have one downloaded ringtone being able to be used at any one time in the ringtone list too. Mad phone otherwise.

Anyone that has anything to add or shed any new light on the topic please go ahead.
    Cheers
    Richard.
