C1300 ringtones, etc.

I just got an LG C1300 with my new Cingular account. This is my 1st cell phone, and I guess the C1300 is a new model that doesn't show up on any of the ringtone or graphic sites.

You can d/l tones from Cingular's store, but I'm looking for someplace else to get more choice of polyphonics, etc. Anyone know if this phone is compatible with some earlier model that might be commonly listed?

In general, what is it about phones and ringtones that need to be compatible? Are the ringtones in a standard format, or do different phone brands have their own file formats?

try this site www.matrixm.com there's thousands of pictures, ringtones, logos, etc to choose from. i have the same phone and there's where i get all my ringtones.
