I downloaded some ringtones for my VX6000 and sent them to my phone via usb cable I got from the Verizon online store. I used Bitpim to upload them into the phone and now they don't work when I open them in the phone. When I try to delete them from "my media(#7)" they don't leave. I also tried to do a "get phone data" through Bitpim but I get an error message and no download Any suggestions on how to get rid of them?
