I want to know about true tones

"On visiting Rediff.com's website, I find that there are over 11,000 true
tone ring tones, which cover the entire favorite's collection of Bollywood.
It has virtually every song that I want. Can anybody explain to me what are
these true tones and how can I download them into my mobile handset"
