LG LX5450 Forgotten Security Code

Hello, i have a LG LX5450 that I purchased from another individual. I no longer
have a way to contact this person and i would like to know what the Phone
lock code is. I was wondering if there was anyone out there that knew of an
universal unlock code. The phone is locked to begin with and is being used
at the moment to get incoming calls which sucks like hell but I wish to be able to lock and unlock it myself. I am speaking of the
4 digit password that you enter when the phone is turned on and to also lock
different applications. If there is someone that could help me out here than
that would be greatly appreciated.

Before someone answers this with an answer like this.....naw, i am just looking for the 4 digit password that can lock just the phone
and applications. not the sim lock codes.

try the last four digits of the phone number... that should do it

Tried that, no avail. I guess I will have to use 9,999 combos to get it to open unless there is some kinda of software or something.

Try the last 4 digits of the phone number, 1234 or 0000 to unlock the phone. Refer to the manual for possible more combinations if that doesn't work. Also, if those combinations don't work - just call the person you got the phone from and ask them if they changed it and if so, what did they change it too.

If you have no way to contact the person you bought the phone from, and the last four of the phone number don't work, you could maybe do as mentioned above, and try the old reliables. If they don't work, then you have a bit of a problem. Unless you take the phone in and get it flashed (reset to original), the 9,999 combo's you mentioned are your last resort. Man, that's a lot of button's to push. (there may be a way if you had a cable for it, but I'm not to sure on that)
