We have an extra cellphone, the LG UX4400, that I would like to use. It was registered with Verizon and we have cancelled the account. How do I reprogam it to an existing cellphone number? Can it be reset to factory defaults?

If you plan on using it with Verizon again but with a different account/number just call Verizon and/or use your account options on-line, go to "activate phone" enter the phone's ESN number, it will prompt you that the phone is activated, then just dial *228 option 2 to program your phone and the new number will be sent to the phone OTA (over the air).
